Delhi's IGIA, the world's second-largest airport that handles over 40 million passengers every year, has come up dismally short on punctuality, service and quality in the third survey of 76 airports by AirHelp, a legal firm for flier grievances and compensation. The survey rated Singapore's Changi as the best this year while IGIA and Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji fared among the world's 10 `worst' airports on the AirHelp Index of 76 airports.
