Land Frauds!Under Catholic Diocese of Diphu, Karbi Anglong; #Assam there are 2 #FCRA NGOs Diphu Catholic Church 020800010 and Diphu Catholic Health Centre: 020880011.

Both NGOs received 400 Crs in decade via foreign contributions and Clergies blatantly diverted funds from FCRA donations to purchase hundreds of acres of tribal lands violating exclusive Scheduled Tribe reserved areas under provisions of Sixth Schedule of Article 244(2), and many non tribal Christians from South Indian states, especially Malyalis are settled there converting forest lands to agricultural one.
Keralite Bishop Paul mattekatt is incumbent Bishop of Diphu Diocese who is 4th Bishop since carving out of Diphu diocese and earlier 3 Bishops were also Keralite; who facilitated massive land frauds helping transfer of exclusive tribal land parcels to non tribal Malyalis! We urge HM to investigate the frauds and transfer all land parcels in possession of Diphu Catholic Diocese to original tribal land owners! Catholics vehemently opposing FCRA 2.0 fearing it's retrospective effects as they will become landless should government takes possession of fraudulently usurped land parcels from across the country!
