On 13.08.2026, a complaint was received regarding a certain post made on X (formerly Twitter) by the handle @Michel_Offl, alleging that the content was derogatory and communally offensive. Based on the complaint, a case has been registered at Cyber Crime Police Station, Thiruvallur, Cr. No 38/2026 and u/s 192,196(1)(a)(b),299, 352,353 BNS 2023 and further investigation is underway.
13.08.2026 அன்று, @Michel_Offl என்ற 'X' (முன்னர் ட்விட்டர்) தளத்தின் மூலம் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்ட பதிவானது மதம் மற்றும் சமூக நல்லிணக்கத்தை புண்படுத்தும் வகையில் உள்ளதாகக் கூறி புகார் ஒன்று பெறப்பட்டது. அப்புகாரின் அடிப்படையில், திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்ட சைபர் கிரைம் காவல் நிலையத்தில் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்து Cr. No 38/2026, U/s. 192, 196(1)(a)(b), 299, 352, 353 BNS ஆகிய பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் விசாரணை நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
