George Abraham was arrested on 11 March 2023 under the POCSO Act for allegedly subjecting a minor female student to sexual misconduct on 2 November 2022 while she was enrolled in her Bachelor’s programme at the college. The case (Special Case No. 101 of 2023) remains pending before the POCSO Court.
