Srirangam - DMK Plays Caste by removing its existing Quarry scamster Ex-MLA Palaniyandi

 Srirangam is significant for both ADMK and DMK. For the first, it's their ex CM-supremo's constituency, and for the latter, a win in Srirangam may improve chances of forming a govt.

While ADMK weights behind popularity, DMK calculates caste arithmetic. Either way, this election will be first! 1. Either ADMK candidate from non-dominant community wins, the first after Jayalalithaa. 2. Or DMK wins the segment consecutively, a first too.
