Remove All KONE Speakers from Church, Mosque and Temple

KONE SPEKERS in RELIGIOUS PLACES BANNED BY SUPREME COURT In 2005.
More than 95% of Church and Mosques and 50% of God Temples have Kone Speakers. Why not Govt. say - the Head of Church /Mosque/Temple along with the respective Pastors and Local Municpal Councilors and Police station would be held contempt and fine
