C Vijay Joseph is set to handle Water Supply (TWAD) portfolio. It is one of the most corruption-ridden departments. The TWAD minister-officer-contractor nexus is accused of swindling hundreds of crores every year. Even wages of contract workers (90 cr/year) were not spared.
