சர்ச் நில மோசடிகள் - மகாராஷ்டிரா முழு விசாரணைக்கு உத்தரவு

 மகாராஷ்டிராவில் சர்ச்சுகள் மற்றும் கிறிஸ்தவ மிஷனரி அமைப்புகளுக்குச் சொந்தமான நிலங்கள் மற்றும் சொத்துக்கள் குறித்து மாநில அரசு விரிவான உயர்நிலை விசாரணைக்கும், தணிக்கைக்கும் (Audit) உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

விசாரணைக்கான பின்னணி மற்றும் முக்கிய விவரங்கள்:

• நாசிக் நில மோசடி வழக்கு: நாசிக்கில் சர்ச்சிற்குச் சொந்தமான சுமார் ₹300 கோடி மதிப்புள்ள நிலங்கள், போலி ஆவணங்கள் மூலம் தவறாகப் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டு, தனியார் நபர்களுக்கு விற்கப்பட்டதாகவும் வாடகைக்கு விடப்பட்டதாகவும் புகார் எழுந்தது. இதுவே இந்த மாநில தழுவிய விசாரணைக்கு முதன்மைத் தூண்டுதலாக அமைந்தது.
• விசாரணைக் குழு: மாநில வருவாய்த்துறை அமைச்சர் சந்திரகாந்த் பாட்டீல் / சந்திரசேகர் பவன்ஹுலே சட்டமன்றத்தில் இதற்கான அறிவிப்பை வெளியிட்டார். Divisional Commissioner தலைமையிலான குழு, நில அளவைத் துறை, காவல்துறை மற்றும் பதிவுத்துறை அதிகாரிகளுடன் இணைந்து இந்த விசாரணையை நடத்துகிறது.
• ஆய்வு செய்யப்படும் விஷயங்கள்:
  • பிரிட்டிஷ் ஆட்சிக் காலத்திலிருந்தே பெறப்பட்ட நிலப் பதிவுகள் மற்றும் ஆவணங்களைச் சரிபார்த்தல்.
  • நிலங்கள் முறைகேடாக மாற்றி எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளதா அல்லது ஆக்கிரமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதா என்பதை ஆய்வு செய்தல்.
  • கல்வி, மருத்துவம் போன்ற தொண்டு நோக்கங்களுக்காகக் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட நிலங்கள் வணிகப் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளதா எனச் சரிபார்த்தல்.

இந்த விசாரணை சட்டப்பூர்வமாகச் சொத்து வைத்துள்ள அமைப்புகளைப் பாதிக்காது என்றும், முறைகேடுகள் கண்டறியப்பட்டால் மட்டுமே அரசு சட்டப்படி நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும் என்றும் மாநில அரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

மோசடி ஜலந்தர் பாஸ்டர் அங்கூர்நரூலா மீது CBI & ED விசாரணை

 ஜாலந்தரைச் சேர்ந்த பாஸ்டர் அங்கூர் நரூலா (Ankur Narula) மற்றும் அவருடைய "சர்ச் ஆஃப் சயின்ஸ் அண்ட் வண்டர்ஸ்" (Church of Signs and Wonders) அமைப்பு தொடர்பான சர்ச்சைகள் குறித்து, அமலாக்கத்துறை (ED) மற்றும் மத்திய புலனாய்வு அமைப்பு (CBI) உள்ளிட்ட மத்திய முகமைகள் விசாரணைகளை மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றன.

முக்கிய பின்னணி மற்றும் குற்றச்சாட்டுகள்:

• நிதி முறைகேடு மற்றும் அந்நிய நிதி (FCRA Violations): வெளிநாடுகளில் இருந்து சட்டவிரோதமாகப் பெறப்பட்ட நிதி, வரி ஏய்ப்பு மற்றும் வெளிநாட்டுப் பணப் பரிவர்த்தனைகளில் (Money Laundering) ஈடுபட்டதாக அமலாக்கத்துறை மற்றும் மத்திய புலனாய்வு முகமைகள் விசாரணை நடத்தி வருகின்றன.
• சட்டவிரோத மதமாற்றம்: ஏழை மற்றும் எளிய மக்களுக்கு நோய் தீர்க்கும் "அதிசயங்கள்" செய்வதாகக் கூறி மதமாற்றத்தில் ஈடுபட்டதாக இவர் மீது பல்வேறு குற்றச்சாட்டுகளும் பொதுநல வழக்குகளும் (PIL) தொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
• நீதிமன்ற மேற்பார்வை: பஞ்சாப் மற்றும் ஹரியானா உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் இது தொடர்பான வழக்கு விசாரணைகளின் போது, புலனாய்வு அறிக்கைகளைச் சீல் வைக்கப்பட்ட உறையில் (Sealed Cover) தாக்கல் செய்ய அமலாக்கத்துறைக்கும் சிபிஐ-க்கும் (CBI) உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• வருமான வரித்துறை சோதனை: முன்னதாக, இவரது பஞ்சாப் வளாகங்களில் வருமான வரித்துறையும் (Income Tax Department) தீவிர சோதனைகளை நடத்தியிருந்தது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

தற்போது இந்த அமைப்பின் நிதிப் பரிவர்த்தனைகள் மற்றும் செயல்பாடுகள் குறித்துச் சட்டரீதியான விசாரணைகள் தொடர்ந்து நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன.

Hyderabad Minor Girl Sexually Assaulted By Eight Men; Accused Arrested

The 16-year-old girl was assaulted multiple times by eight men in different locations in Hyderabad, after she was lured into a relationship through Instagram.

Hyderabad: A 16-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted multiple times by eight men in different locations in and around Alwal, Hyderabad, after she was allegedly lured into a relationship through Instagram, police said on Monday.

According to the police, the girl, a resident of Macha Bollarum and an Intermediate student, first came into contact with a youth identified as Jerry Varun while she was studying in Class 10. A few months ago, he allegedly gave her a chocolate containing a sedative and sexually assaulted her inside his car.

Police said Jerry Varun later introduced her to another youth, Romala Varun, who allegedly supplied her with alcohol, cigarettes and marijuana and sexually assaulted her several times in the Kompally area.

Girl Leaves Home

The girl's father became suspicious of her behaviour and reprimanded her on September 8. She left home the following day and reached Bollarum railway station.

There, she allegedly met a man identified as Neeraj, who called his friend Vicky. Police said the two allegedly administered a sedative to her and sexually assaulted her separately.

Vicky, along with Nikhil, allegedly took the girl to Dulapally, where two other men allegedly joined them and sexually assaulted her in an OYO room. She was subsequently taken to Vicky's house in Bollarum and allegedly confined there on the night of September 9.

Girl Escapes, Assaulted Again

The victim managed to escape from the house and reached Bollarum railway station the next day. Police said Vicky and another accused, Ganesh, intercepted her, allegedly forced her to consume a sedative and took her to Medchal railway station.

They allegedly put her on a train towards Malkajgiri and sexually assaulted her again.

Later, while the accused were allegedly taking her towards Dhoolpet in an autorickshaw, the girl raised an alarm. The men allegedly abandoned her and fled.

The girl returned home and narrated the incident to her family, following which a complaint was lodged with the police.

8 accused, OYO owner arrested

Police registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and launched an investigation.

On September 12, eight people, including Jerry Varun, Romala Varun, Neeraj, Vicky, Nikhil and Ganesh, were taken into custody. The owner of the OYO establishment where the alleged assault took place was also arrested, police said.

The accused were produced before a court on Sunday (September 13) and remanded to judicial custody. They were subsequently shifted to Chanchalguda Jail.
