ஸ்டாலின் கீழ் DVAC அதிமுக சி.விஜயபாஸ்கர் சொத்துகுவிப்பு வழக்கை முடித்து வைக்க உத்தரவு

While investigating this Vijayabaskar-Vels case based on the now quashed DVAC FIR, Enforcement Directorate had allegedly found a link between Vels group and Sabareesan, CM Stalin's son-in-law. From @thenewsminute 's Powertrip by @Ahmedshabbir20

The Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) moved to close the FIR regarding the disproportionate asset allegations against former Minister C. Vijayabaskar without Arappor Iyakkam, the original complainant, being notified. [1]

Details of the case developments:

• Closure without Notice: The DVAC moved to quash/close the FIR in the Madras High Court without the knowledge or consent of Arappor Iyakkam. [1]
• No Objection: On June 4, the DVAC informed the court that the DVAC officer was the sole designated complainant and had no objection to closing the matter. [1]
• Legal Action: Arappor Iyakkam formally announced their intent to contest this closure in court. [1]

விஜயபாஸ்கர் மீதான சொத்துக் குவிப்பு வழக்கில், அமலாக்கத் துறை கோரிக்கையை லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத் துறை நிராகரித்துள்ளது. 

அதிமுக ஆட்சியில் சுகாதாரத் துறை அமைச்சராக இருந்தவர் சி.விஜயபாஸ்கர். தற்போது புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்ட அதிமுக செயலாளராகவும், விராலிமலை சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினராகவும் பதவி வகித்து வருகிறார். அத்துடன், அதிமுகவின் முக்கிய தலைவர்களில் ஒருவராகவும் வலம் வந்துகொண்டு இருக்கிறார்.

இந்த வழக்கானது புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்ட முதன்மை அமர்வு நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஒரு வருடத்திற்கும் மேலாக நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. விஜயபாஸ்கருக்கு எதிராக குற்றப் பத்திரிகையும் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. இந்த சூழலில் கடந்த மார்ச் 21ஆம் தேதி விஜயபாஸ்கரின் இலுப்பூர் வீடு உள்ளிட்ட இடங்களில் அமலாக்கத் துறைதிடீரென சோதனை நடத்தியது. சில ஆவணங்கள் கைப்பற்றப்பட்டதாகவும் தகவல் வெளியானது.

இதுதொடர்பாக புதுக்கோட்டை நீதிமன்றத்தில் அமலாக்கத் துறை மனு தாக்கல் செய்தது. அதில், விஜயபாஸ்கர் மீது லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத் துறையினர் பதிவு சொத்து குவிப்பு வழக்கின் முதல் தகவல் அறிக்கை விவரங்கள் மட்டுமின்றி குற்றப்பத்திரிகை நகலையும், இதர ஆவண நகல்களையும் தங்களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று கோரியது.

இந்த மனுவை விசாரித்த புதுக்கோட்டை நீதிமன்றம், இதுதொடர்பாக லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத் துறை பதிலளிக்க உத்தரவிட்டது. இவ்வழக்கு இன்று நீதிமன்றத்தில் மீண்டும் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தபோது, விஜயபாஸ்கர் மற்றும் அவரது மனைவி நேரில் ஆஜராகினர் லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத் துறை சார்பில், “நாங்கள் தாக்கல் செய்துள்ள குற்றப் பத்திரிகை நகல் மற்றும் இதர ஆதாரங்களை அமலாக்கத் துறையிடம் வழங்கக் கூடாது” என்று மனு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது.

இரு தரப்பு வாதங்களும் முடிந்த நிலையில் சொத்துக் குவிப்பு வழக்கு விசாரணையை வரும் ஜூன் 12ஆம் தேதிக்கு நீதிபதி தள்ளிவைத்தார். அன்றைய தினம் வழக்கு விசாரணைக்கு வரும்போது, அமலாக்கத் துறைக்கு ஆவணங்கள் வழங்கப்படுமா என்கிற விவரம் தெரியவரும்.
