On 21.08.2025 - the Hon'ble Special Division Bench of Madras High Court hearing temple matters directed the Commissioner of
to immediately publish audit reports of temples in a downloadable PDF format in the Department and temples' websites. The Commissioner - an IAS officer - a person who knows the law - has deliberately and contemptuously disobeyed this order of the Court - and continues to do so till date. Two full months have passed and this fellow, who seems to be enjoying committing Contempts of Court has not published the audit reports of temples as directed by the Court. Even if we give him an allowance of 10 days from 21.08.2025 today is 63rd Day of the Commissioner's contemptuous disobedience. He was earlier summoned by different Division Benches for not carrying out the orders of the Court in the matters of Sri Varasiddhi Vinayagar Temple, Besant Nagar, Chennai and Sri Vijaya Varadaraja Perumal Temple, Baburayanpettai, Chingleput District. Looks like the apologies he tendered before the Court on those earlier occasions were not sincere.(Historical & Theological view based on International University researches)
