இந்திய ஆயுத படைகளின் நடவடிக்கை மூலம் 1961 ல் போர்த்துக்கல் இந்தியாவிலிருந்த பிடியை இழந்த செயற்பாடாகும். இதற்கு "விஜய் நடவடிக்கை" என்ற குறியீட்டுப் பெயர் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
கடற்படை முதன் முதலில் ஈடுபட்ட ஒரு போராட்டம் கோவா படையெடுப்பு ஆகும்.
