New Delhi: Ashish Nehra being on the wrong side of 30 has experienced many things throughout his career but he is infamous for negligible digital presence. Most of his fans are left at the mercy of other players to talk about him.  

It was only last year that Nehra bought a smartphone and Shewag took Twitter to announce this news.

 

On a show, ‘Breakfast with champions’ hosted by Gaurav Kapur, Ashish Nehra reveals that he is slow in picking up the technology. He also tells that once the fast bowler was offered 80 lakh rupees for a year to Tweet thrice a month.

It was to everybody’s surprise when left-handed paceman Ashish Nehra was picked for India’s T20I squad playing against Australia. Few eyebrows were raised on 38-year old’s inclusion in Team India as it is now considered a well-oiled machine, literally, and level of physical fitness is utmost important.

His old teammate Virender Sehwag came to his rescue and said that the Delhi lad is on par with Virat Kohli’s fitness.
